What is the best self-defense strategy?

Avoiding an attack is the best way to protect yourself. If you are attacked, run as fast as you can. This will allow you to come up with a better defense strategy.

If you can't escape, you can use the defensive strategies you have learned. These include kicks, punches, and knees. You may also attempt to grab the attacker's arms and legs to stop him from attacking you even more.

If none of these options work, you must fight back with whatever means available to you. The best weapon to use for this purpose are your naked hands. But if your hands aren't well-trained, you may need to learn another form of self defense.
